These Terms of Service govern your use of denvermajesticlimousine.com and any reservation made with Denver Majestic Limousines ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a quote request or booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms below.

Quote Requests & Reservations

Submitting a quote request through this website is not a confirmed reservation. A member of our reservations team will confirm pricing, vehicle availability, and trip details by phone or email before your reservation is finalized. No payment is required to submit a quote request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a partial charge. Weddings and large events follow a separate cancellation policy outlined in your individual contract.

Gratuity & Fees

A 20% gratuity and applicable fees are included in your quoted rate. No additional tipping is expected, though it is always appreciated for exceptional service.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. We reserve the right to end a reservation without refund in the event of illegal activity, damage to a vehicle, or conduct that threatens the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers. Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from damage caused by a passenger may be billed separately.

Chauffeurs & Vehicles

All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and background-checked. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle of equal or greater value in the rare event your requested vehicle becomes unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

Denver Majestic Limousines is not liable for delays or service changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, or traffic conditions. Our liability for any claim arising from your reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.

Website Use

The content, photography, and branding on this website belong to Denver Majestic Limousines and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
